I stayed here for 5 nights. Jo was the best host ever. The setting was perfect. And I was near to town and local pubs, and the centre of Falmouth.

Nothing it is perfect.

We stayed here for 6 nights, it was very comfortable. An electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave were handy. Having a bath was great.

We stayed for 2 night and enjoyed our stay. We had apartment with a balcony view, stunning views, as example. The location of the flat was peaceful in a town area.

Loved this place, I recommend to others. It had a peaceful and ideal setting close enough to town and local pubs, the centre of Falmouth and restaurants. Also, it was based in a town area. The property was 100 metres away from Gazelle Dates. The owner made my stay very pleasant.

The accommodation was well-stocked and perfect for a self-catering stay in the area. the owner, Jo, was excellent with communication and even provided tea and coffee supplies and an information pack about the surrounding area. the location was convenient, and having a dedicated parking space was a huge bonus. the apartment was tidy, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. the view from the balcony was fantastic, overlooking the city and harbor. an absolutely excellent stay!

I recently stayed at a centrally located apartment with stunning views of the harbor. The apartment was extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The communication with the host was fantastic, and I loved the welcome pack, especially the delicious sourdough bread. The dedicated parking space was a great convenience, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast while admiring the beautiful view.

The walk back from the town center was quite steep and a bit of a workout, but the view from the top made it worth it.

Very comfortable and excellent standard of accommodation. Well laid out, everything we needed. Great view from the balcony. Responsive owner. Perfect location. Nearby pub and pier for day trips. Reserved parking space. Would recommend and use again.

The location of this place is unbeatable, with excellent proximity to storage space and nice surroundings in a town area, along with great views of the town and the sea, and a warm welcome from the host.

The reserved parking was a lifesaver and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The compact living room/kitchen area was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom had ample storage space and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the city and harbor. a perfect location with great facilities.

Everything was spot on.

It had everything we needed and was in a great location near the sea, local facilities, and restaurants. the balcony overlooking the sea was a perfect spot for breakfast or enjoying a coffee. Having a dedicated parking space was a real bonus, as street parking would have been a nightmare. the bed was also comfortable and the apartment was clean and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend it and would love to go back again. Cons: No issues to mention.
